Ingredient :
Lady Finger : 500gm
Karela : 250gm
Turmeric Powder : 1/2 Tbsp
Coriander Powder : 1 tbsp
Red Chilly Powder : 1 tbsp
Sour Mango Powder : 1/2 tbsp
Sugar : 1/2 tbsp
Curry Patta : 8 - 10
Muster Oil : As per taste.
Salt : As per taste.
Method to make Lady Finger With Karela
Step 1. Lady finger and karela cut the small pieces.
Step 2. Pour oil in to the pan. After heating, put curry patta, turmeric powder, red chilly, coriander.
Step 3. Add karela and lady fingers. add salt as per your taste.
Step 4. Cook for 5 to 10 mins.
Step 5. Add sour mango powder, sugar and cook 5 mins.
Tips :
1. You can store for 1 week in freeze.
2. You can eat with puri and paratha.
3. Can enjoy this recipe in picnic also.
