INGREDIENTS
Parwal - cut small p.
Coconut - grated
Groundnut - crushed
Sesame seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Ginger - past 1 tbsp
Garlic - past 1 to 2
Red chill powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Green chill - chopped
Coriander leave - chopped
Salt to taste
Oil
HOW TO MAKE PARWAL KI SABZI
step - pour oil in to pan. After heating put ginger,garlic,green chill fry few m. add turmeric,coriander,red chill,parwal,salt to taste and cover it.After some time add coconut,groundnut,sesame seeds mix it well and cover it. Heat low flame cook 10 to 15 minutes .
Step - serve hot garnish with coriander leave
