GATTE KI SABZI



INGREDIENTS




DOUGH

Beasan               -    2  cup
Pinch of hing
Red chill powder  -  1/4 tbsp
Pinch of turmeric powder
Green chill    -  chopped 1/2 tbsp
Coriander leave  chopped




 

Salt to taste
Oil
Ghee
FOR GRAVY


Onion    -         1  cup  past
Ginger   -         1 tbsp
Garlic    -         1  to 2 tbsp past
Green chill  -     chopped to taste
Tomato      -      1/2 chopped
Turmeric powder  -  1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder -  1 to 2
Red chill powder   -    1 to 2 tbsp
Garam masala       -     1  to 2
Hing                     -      1/4
Jeer                      -      1/2
Coriander leave    chopped
Black paper to taste
Salt to taste
Oil

 HOW TO COOK GATTE KI SABZI

Step  -  mix besan hing,red chill,turmeric,green chill,salt to taste,oil, mix it well add curd make a soft dough.
Step  -  make 5 to 6 then and long strips of the dough.
Step  -  put these strips in boiling water and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step  -  cut these gattes in to small pieces.
Step  -  heat ghee in a kadahi  put gattes fry five to seven minutes.
Step  -  heat oil in a pan put hing,jeer,green chill,onion,ginger,garlic fry 5 to 10 minutes add tomato,turmeric,coriander,red chill powder,black paper,coriander leave.garam masala fry five minute add gatte ,salt to taste fry few minute add water.
Step  -  simmer the flame and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.turn off the gas.
Step  -   gatte ki sabzi is ready for serve
