INGREDIENTS
Aloo - 2 peels and cubes
Mangodi - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1/4 cup paste
Ginger - 1 tbsp paste
Garlic - 1 to 2 tbsp paste
Tomato - 1/2 cup chopeed
Green chill - 1 tbsp chopped
Hing - 1/4
Jeer - 1/2
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander - 1 tbsp
Red chill powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander leave - chopped
Salt to taste
Oil
HOW` TO MAKE TO ALOO MANGODI
Step - heat one tbsp oil in a pressure cooker and fry mangodi till reddish brown.Take them out.
Step - heat oil in the same pressure cooker add hing,jeer ,onion,ginger,garlic,green chill fry five to ten minutes add turmeric,red chill,coriander,tomato fry five to seven minutes add aloo,mangodi fry few minutes add water and close the lid of the cooker then reduce heat of medium after one whistle and left it cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step - when the pressure drops,open the lid of the cooker.
Step - transfer it to serving bowl and garnish with coriander.
Step - your aloo mangodi is ready for serve.
Step - aloo mangodi serve with roti,puri.
