INGREDIENTS
   


WHEAT FLOUR               -  2  TO  3  CUP
PANEER                           -   100  GM       GRATED
GARLIC                            -   2       TBSP
GREEN CHILL                 -   1  TO  2   TBSP
RED CHILL POWDER     -   1    TBSP
TURMERIC POWDER     -   1/4  TBSP
CORIANDER LEAF
SALT TO TASTE
OIL DEEP FRY

HOW TO COOK PAEER PURI

1   -  WHEAT FLOUR,PANEER,GARLIC,GREEN CHILL PASTE,RED CHILL POWDER,TURMERIC POWDER,CORIANDER LEAF,LITTLE OIL SALT TO TASTE.

2  -  MIX IT WELL.

3  -  MAKE A SOFT DOUGH.

4  -  DIVIDE THE DOUGH TO IN SMALL PIECES.

5  -  MAKE THE PURI. OF A BALL BY ROLLING OUT IT.

6  -  DEEP FRY THE PANEER PURI.

7  -  YOUR PANEER PURI IS READY FOR SERVE.
