DUM ALOO

INGREDIENTS


Aloo  medium size     -      7  to  9
Onion                        -      1  cup paste
Ginger                       -       1  paste
Garlic                        -        1  to  2  tbsp paste
Tomato                     -         1/2  cup  paste
Red chill powder       -         1  tbsp
Turmeric powder       -         1/2  tbsp
Coriander powder     -          1  tbsp
Garam masala           -           1  tbsp
Black paper              -           8  to 10 p.
Green chill                 -           1 tbsp  chopped
Coriander leave         -            chopped
Salt to taste            
Oil


HOW TO MAKE DUM ALOO


Step  -  wash and peel aloo.Poke them with frok.
Step -  deep fry aloo in oil,them keep them aside.
Step -  heat oil in a pressure cooker  put onion,ginger,garlic fry five to seven minutes add red chill,turmeric,coriander,tomato ,green chill,black paper fey few minute add aloo salt to taste add water.
Step  -  now close the lid of the cooker,then reduce heat of medium after one whistle and left it cook for 5 to 10 minutes
Step  -  when the pressure drops,open the lid of cooker
Step  -  transfer it to serving bowl and garnish with coriander
Step  -  dum aloo serve with roti, paratha
