SALT - AS PER TASTE
HOW TO MAKE RATIA
1 -BEAT CURD AND MILK TOGETHER TILL IT BECOMES SMOOTH.
2 -ADD ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS AND MIX THEM WELL.
3 -REFRIGERATE FOR 1 TO 2 HOURS.
4 -GARNISH RAITA WITH CORRINDER LEAFS.
5 -SERVE CHILLED.
TIP - SERVE RATIA WITH PULLAO,BIRYANI,JEERA RICE OR PLAIN RICE.
