INGREDIENTS



MIRCH BIG     -8  TO 10 P.
POATO  BOIL - 3 TO 4  P.
BESAN            - 2 TO 3 CUP
RED CHILL POWDER   -  1 TBSP
TURMERIC POWDER    - 1/4 TBSP
GREEN CHILL                -1 TBSP CHOPPED
CORIANDER LEAF        - 4 TO 5 TBSP CHOPPED
HING                                - 1/4   TBSP
LEMON JUICE                 - 1 TBSP
CHAT MASALA               - 1 TBSP
SALT AS PER TASTE
OIL                                    - 3 TO 4  CUP




HOW TO MAKE MIRCHI PAKODA



1 - MASH POTATOES THAN MIX GREEN CHILL ,READ CHILL POWDER,CORIANDER LEAF,
LEMON JUICE SALT AS PER TASTE.
2 - MIRCH  MAKE  ON OPENING IN BETWEEN.
3 - NOW MAKE A PASTE OF BESAN  ADDING SALT, RED CHILL, HING,TURMERIC POWDER.
CORIANDER LEAF AND WATER (NOT VERY THIN)
4 - MAKE  A MIRCH PUT SOME POTATO STUFFING.
5 - THAN DIP THIS IN  THE BESAN PASTE AND DEEP FRY.
6 - SPRINKLE CHAT MASALA .TO TASTE.




TIPS  - SERVE WITH TOMATO SAUCE.
          - WHILE MAKING PAKODAS ADD 2 TO 3 TBSP HOT OIL TO MAKE THEM SOFT & FLUFFY.
