BREAD SLICE             -  4  TO  6 
POTATO BOIL            -  MASH  1  CUP
ONION                        -   CHOPPED  1/2  CUP 
READ CHILL POWDER -  1  TBSP
GREEN CHILL                - CHOPPED  1  TBSP
HING                               -   1/4  TBSP
AJWAIN                          -   1/4  TBSP
TURMERIC  POWDER   -   1/4  TBSP
LEMON JUICE                -  2  TO 2  TBSP
CORIANDER LEAF        -   CHOPPED
BESAN                            -    3  TO  4  CUP
SALT                               -     AS PER TASTE
OIL


HOW TO MAKE BREAD KA PAKODA

1  -  POTATOES,ONION,GREEN CHILL,CORIANDER LEAF,LEMON JUICE,SALT AS PER TASTE MIX WELL.
2  -  NOW MAKE PASTE OF BESAN BY ADDING SALT, CORIANDER LEAF, TURMERIC POWDER,HING,AJWAIN,READ CHILL POWDER,GREEN CHILL AS TO TASTE.
3  -  TAKE A SLICE OF BREAD PUT SOME POTATO PASTE STUFFING ON IT THAN COVER WITH ANOTHER SLICE OF BREAD.
4  -  THEN DIP THIS IN THE BESAN PASTE AND DEEP FRY.
5  -   YOUR BREAD KA PAKOD IS READY FOR SERVE.
