MALAI KOFTA

INGREDIENTS

Aloo boiled     -     2  cup mashed
Paneer            -      1/2  cup  greeted 
Mix dry fruits   -      1/2 cup
Onion              -       1/2 cup past
Ginger             -        1 tbsp past
Garlic              -         1 to 2 tbsp past
Tomato           -          1 cup  past
Fresh cream    -           5   to 7    tbsp
Hing                -           1/2 tbsp
Jeer                 -            1  tbsp
Turmeric powder   -       1/2 tbsp
Red chill powder   -        1 to 2 tbsp
Coriander powder  -       1 to 2 tbsp
Coriander leave      -        chopped
Garam masala        -         1 tbsp
Green chill             -          1 to 2 tbsp chopped
Suji                       -          1 to 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil deep fry
Black paper          -          1 tbsp  crushed
HOW TO MAKE MALAI KOFTA

Step  -  mashed aloo add paneer,salt,black paper,suji,stlt to taste.After maxing well divide in to small balls.
Step  -  stuff filling  in to them deep fry in hot oil until light brown keep aside. 
Step  -  pour oil into pan .After heating put hing,jeer,onion,garlic.ginger green chill, fry five minute add tomato,turmeric,red chill,coriander powder fry few minutes.
Step  -  now add 1 cup of water.Bring it to a boil and simmer for five to ten minutes on a low heat add cream
Step  -  put koftas in a serving dish and pour hot gravy
Step  - serve hot garnish with coriander leave,fresh cream.
Step  -  your malai kofta is ready for serve.
