DHAI ALOO

INGREDIENTS


Aloo boiled    -  1  cup
Jeer               -   1/2 tbsp
Hing              -    1/4  tbsp
Turmeric powder  -  1/2 tbsp
Red chill powder   -  1 tbsp
Hole green chill     -   5 to 7 p.
Besan                   -    1 to 2 tbsp
Butter milk            -      2 to 3 cup
Curry leave
Coriander leave     -     chopped
Salt to taste
Oil

HOW TO MAKE DHAI ALOO

Step  -  pour oil in to pan.After heating put curry leave,hing jeer,green chill,turmeric,aloo,red chill,salt to taste fry five minute butter milk,besan mix it well add aloo bhaji hit on medium flame 10 to 15 minutes.
Step  -  serve hot garnish with coriander .Dahi aloo serve with rice,riite.
