INGREDIENTS
Aloo boiled - 2 to 3 cup
Green chill - 1 to 2 tbsp
Curry leave - 8 to 10 p.
Hing - 1/4 tbsp
Jeer - 1/2 tbsp
Red chill - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Mango powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil

HOW TO MAKE ALOO BHAJI
Step - pour oil in to pan.After heating put hing,jeer,green chill,curry leave,turmeric,red chill,coriander powder,aloo mix it well add salt,mango powder garam masala fry medium flame 5 to 10 minutes
garnish with coriander
aloo bhaji serve with puries,parathas
