SOYA BEAN KEMMA

INGREDIENTS

Soya bean -  2 to 3 cup
Tomato     -  1/2 cup chopped
Onion       -   1/2 cup past
Ginger      -    1 tbsp past
Garlic       -     1 to 2 tbsp past
Mater       -      1/2 cup
Turmeric powder -   1/2  tbsp
Red chill powder -    1 tbsp
Coriander  powder -  1 to 2 tbsp
Coriander leave  -  chopped
Salt to taste
Oil

HOW TO MAKE SOYA BEAN  KEMMA

Step  -   soak in hot water pinch of salt  25 to 30 minutes.
Step  -   let it cool down and grind it.
Step  -  pour oil in to the pan.After heating put onion,ginger,garlic past fry five to ten minutes
Step  -  add turmeric,red chill,coriander powder,mater, cooked five minute add tomato cooked again five minute add soya bean salt to taste.
Step  -  hit on medium flame 10 minutes.
Step  -  garnish with coriander leave.
Step  -  your soya bean kemma is ready for serve.
Step  -  soya bean kmma serve with rice,roti
