SABUDANA VADA

JANMASHTAMI SPECIAL




INGREDIENTS

Sabudana  -   2  cup
Aloo boiled - 1/2 cup mashed
Rosted ground nut - 1/4 cup crushed
Green chill -     1 to 2  tbsp  chopped
Black paper  - 1 to 2 tbsp  crushed
Coriander leave -  chopped
Lemon juice -    1 to 2 tssp
Sugar  -  1/2  tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil deep fry


HOW TO COOKED SABUDANA VADA

Step  -  wash sabudana nicely under running water so that no powder is left.
Step  -  drain water completely and leave for 3 to 4 hours.Keep mixing it from time to time and sprinkle some water so sabudana is not completely dry.
Step  -  mix together sabudana ,rosted ground nut,green chill,black paper,coriander leave,lemon juice,suger, salt to taste mix it well.
Step  -  make vada.
Step  -  heat oil on medium heat and fry vada till golden brown
Step  -  serve hot with tea.
