ALOO VADA

JANMASHTAMI  SPECIAL


INGREDIENTS

Aloo boiled     -    2  cup  mashed
Rajgira flour    -    1/2 cup
Ground nut      -    1/4  cup crushed
Fresh coconut  -    1/4  grated
Black paper     -     1 to 2 tbsp crushed
Green chill        -     1 to 2 tbsp chopped
Lemon juice      -     1 to 2 tbsp
Coriander leave -      chopped
Sugar to taste    -       1/4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil deep fry

HOW TO COOKED ALOO VADA


Step  -  mix together mash aloo, rajgira flour,grounder nut,coconut,green chill,black paper,lemon juice, coriander leave,sugar,salt to taste mix it well.
Step  -  make aloo vada.
Step  -  heat oil medium heat and fry aloo vada till golden brown.
Step  -  your aloo vada ready for serve.
Step  -  aloo vada serve with hot tea.
