ALOO KACHORI


INGREDIENTS


DOUGH


Wheat Flour   -  2  cup
Salt to taste
oil                  -   5  to  7  tbsp                              

FOR FILLING


Aloo Boil   -  1  cop mashed
Read Chill Powder  -  1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder    -   1/2  tbsp
Coriander Powder  -    1  tbsp
Hing                       -     1/4  tbsp
Jeer                        -      1/2  tbsp
Green Chill             -       1  tbsp chopped
coriander Leaf        -        chopped to taste
Lemon Juice           -        2  tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil to Fry


DIRECTIONS



1  -  Pour oil in to pan.After heating put hing, jeer,turmeric powder,red chill,green chill,aloo,lemon juice,salt to taste,coriander powder,coriander leaf.
  2  Hit on medium flame .Fry five to seven minute.
  3  Let it cool down.
  4  In one bowl take wheat flour 5 to 7 tbsp oil salt to taste mix it well.
  5  Make a soft dough.
  6  Dived the dough to small pieces .Fill the mixture.
  7  Roll the aloo kachori.
  8  Deep fry the aloo kachori in oil on  medium heat.
  9  Your aloo kachori  is ready for serve.
 10  Aloo kachori serve with curd.
       Aloo kachori serve with any chutneys.
