MUNG DAL KACHORI

DOUGH

Maida   -   2  to 3 cup
Pinch of soda
Salt to taste
Oil   -           5 to 7 tbsp




FOR FILLING


Mung dal -  1  cup (soak for 2,3 hours) grind
Hing        -   1/4  tbsp
Turmeric powder  -   1/2  tbsp
Red chill powder  -     1  tbsp
Green chill            -      1 tbsp  chopped
Fennel                  -       1  tbsp
Mango powder     -       1  tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil  deep fry

DIRECTION


STEP -1  Maida,soda,salt,rub in oil and make a hard dough using little water.
STEP -2 Keep aside 5 to 10 minutes.
STEP -3 Pour oil in to pan. Heating put hing,green chill,turmeric powder,mung dal fry low flame 10 to 15 minute add red chill,fennel, mango powder salt to taste fry five minute.
STEP - 4 Let it cool down.
STEP -5 Dived the dough in to small pieces.
STEP -6 Shape each part in to ball.
STEP -7 Fill this mixture in to ball of maida.
STEP -8 Spread it on a flat surface to make a shape of 2 inches round kachori .
STEP -9Heat the frying pan and deep fry the kachori both side till golden brown. ( medium heat)
