INGREDIENTS


WHEAT FLOUR             -      2  CUP
GREEN ONION             -       1  CUP   CHOPPED
GREEN CHILL               -        2 TO 2 TBSP CHOPPED
RED CHILL POWDER   -        1   TBSP
TURMERIC POWDER    -       1/4 TBSP
BESAN                            -        1/2 CUP
SALT TO TASTE
OIL TO FRY





HOW TO COOK ONION PURI


1-  IN ONE BOWL. TAKE WHEAT FLOUR ,BESAN,RED CHILL POWDER,TURMERIC POWDER,SALT TO TASTE,ADD 5 TBSP OIL MIX IT WELL.
2-  ADD ONION ,GREEN CHILL MIX IT WELL.
3 -  MAKE A SOFT DOUGH.
4 -  MAKE ONION PURI.
5  -  DEEP FRY THE ONION PURI MEDIUM HEAT.
6  -  GREEN ONION PURI IS READY FOR SERVE.
7  -  GREEN ONION PURI SERVE WITH ANY CHUTNEY.
