INGREDIENTS
WHEAT FLOUR        -   2  TO  3  CUP
RED CHILL POWDER  -   2 TBSP
TURMERIC POWDER  -   1  TBSP
HING                             -    1/2   TBSP
JEER                              -      1/2  TBSP
CURD                            -      4  TO  5   TBSP
GRAM MASALA          -       1 TO 2 TBSP
SALT TO TASTE
OIL TO FRY

                                HOW TO COOK MASALA PURI




























1    -  IN ONE BOWL  TAKE WHEAT FLOUR,TURMERIC POWDER,RED CHILL POWDER,HING,JEER,GRAM MASALA,CURD,SALT TO TASTE MIX IT WELL.

    2  -  MAKE A SOFT DOUGH.

    3   -  COVER AND KEEP THE A SIDE FOR FIVE TO TEN MINUTE.

    4   -  MAKE THE PURI.

    5   -  DEEP FRY THE PURI IN OIL.


      
 TIP  -  SERVE MASALA PURI HOT WITH CURRY OF YOUR CHOICE.
