MAIDA      -   2  CUP
SUJI           -   1/2  CUP
AJWAIN     -  1/2   TBSP
BLACK PAPER     -   1 TBSP  CRUSH
SALT TO TASTE
OIL TO FRY







HOW TO MAKE MAIDA PURI 




   1  -   IN ONE BOWL.TAKE MAIDA,SUJI,AJWAIN,BLACK PAPER,SALT TO TASTE,5 TO 7 TBSP OIL MIX IT WELL.

2   -   MAKE A SOFT DOUGH.

3   -   DIVIDE THE DOUGH TO IN SMALL PIECES.

4   -  HEAT OIL IA A KADAI .

5   -  DEEP FRY THE PURI IN OIL ON MEDIUM HEAT.

6   -   SERVE MAIDA PURI WITH HOT TEA.



7    -  STORE THE MAIDA PURI IN A AIR TIGHT CONTAINER.
