BESAN                                   -  500  GM
RED CHILL POWDER            -   2  TBSP
TURMERIC POWDER            -   1/2  TBSP
HING                                      -   1/4  TBSP
JEER                                      -   1     TBSP
SALT TO TASTE
OIL TO FRY




HOW TO MAKE BASEN PURI


1     -  IN ONE BOWL, TAKE BESAN,ADD SALT,TURMERIC RED CHILL,HING,JEER,5TO7 TBSP OIL MIX IT WELL.

2    -  MAKE A DOUGH.

3   -  MAKE A SMALL-SMALL PURI.

4   -  DEEP FRY PURI IN OIL ON MEDIUM HEAT.

5    -  YOUR BESAN PURI IS READY FOR SERVE.

6   -  SERVE WITH HOT TEA.

7   -STORE THE BESAN PURI IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER.
       WELL LASTE UP TO ONE WEEK.
